PALESTINE PRIVATE PALACE VILLA PROJECT
A honor for PFM to take part in this ornate villa and assist owner's complete his childhood's dream with owner's architect.Owner left for Saudi Arabia in 1970's to set up his own businesses,after more than 40 years,he planed to build a massive villa on the peak of hill where him had a lot of good time.Meanwhile,this villa become a reputation of his name and the long-term efforts his work for.
The total surface area is around 3000 sqm, while building area is 1200 sqm. It is built with limestone facades,stone columns. Looking down from balcony, there is a big private French garden with 10 m diameter fountain in the center. Interior decoration with Beige marble, medallions, columns and walls.PFM team understand in detail the expectations and requirements of the owner's architect, then provided some professional solutions. Owner was highly satisfied with PFM cooperation, stone suggestions,quality and installation technical support.
